Notes & Highlights Falmouth Outruns and Outrebounds BMS Hoop Boys in 53-47 Season Finale FALMOUTH -- The Barnstable Middle School Boys Basketball Team fell to rival Falmouth on the road last night (Feb. 15), 53-47. Bob Melley scored a season-high 12 points and Ben Pogue followed with 10 points and a season-high 6 blocks. He also had 8 rebounds. Alex Pernick followed with 7 points, Ryan Smith had 5 points, Everett Walsh had 4 points and Joe D'Olimpio banked a trey off the glass for three points. BMS Boys Hoop Team Falls in OT to Falmouth, 60-58 HYANNIS -- The Barnstable Middle School Boys Basketball Team fell to Falmouth last night, 60-58, in spite of a fantastic effort and much-improved shooting as well as defensive pressure. Tim Biliouris led the Red & White with 15 pts. and 16 rebounds, followed by Matt Delaney who went 5-9 from the floor including 3-3 from three-point range for 13 points. Everett Walsh and Bob Melley each had 8 points and both played very well. Walsh added three steals, 7 rebounds and 3 assists while Melley added 5 rebounds. Tyler Adams had 2 pts. and 5 assists.
